Cyphreinc Feeds ...

Cyphreinc RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds are very much out and about in that there t'internet space. Who knows you may have had a Click See already and for that i say, Ta Very Glad for Thy Support.

Depending on what browser your using, sometimes you may only see a page of code! Don't Stress, it ain't thy fault, could just be that your browser doesn't like RSS feeds.

You'll most definitely have seen that there orange button on so many sites you've visited already, just in case you’re not quite sure what's what with those RSS thingy me jigs why not have a click see and play at the RSS Cyphreinc Podcasts post.

You'll find a video from the dudes with a can do attitude at Common Craft entitled RSS in Plain English.

If you click on the RSS button you can subscribe to the feed in various ways, by dragging the URL of the feed into your news reader or by cutting and pasting the same URL into a new feed in your news reader. Most sites that offer feeds use a similar orange button, but some may just have a normal web link.

Some browsers, including Firefox, Opera and Safari, automatically check for feeds when you visit a website, and display an icon when they find one. This can make subscribing to feeds much easier.


Google "offers two different ways to keep up-to-date with your favourite sites:
1. Your Google homepage brings together Google functionality and content from across the web, on a single page.
2. Google Reader makes it easy to keep up with the latest content from a large number of sites, all on a single reading list."
